As Michelle Rydgig's parents got older, she found she needed more muscle to become a caregiver. That was what gave her the motivation to lose Te Chino Dr Ming's Herbal Tea greater than 75 pounds and get stronger inside 10 months.

She tried diets. She'd lose and gain and lose and gain. "I knew things i wanted to do; I simply did not know how you can get it done," she said.
She finished Washington University having a degree in English and started a career. But as years passed, she needed to take more time looking after her parents, especially her mother.
She saw ads for the Granite City Club Fitness, visited and met a personal trainer, Blake Reed, with Dynamic Fitness Management, which supplies fitness instructors for that health club chain.
Reed said, "I thought she was motivated; really prepared to create a change, but she did not know how to go about it."
He started her with an workout, then showed her how to eat right.
"I thought I knew how to eat, but he taught me to consume for me personally," she said. "He took me on a tour from the grocery store and demonstrated what I should and shouldn't eat, and why."
He taught her how to exercise properly, including exercises to complete in your own home.
"I could tell a difference after my first three training sessions," she said. "I remember in February, we had that crazy snow. I was on my way to a health club and that i stopped for gas, and I started to slip and I caught myself.
"I'm like, 'Did you see that? I'm not on the floor.' Right then and there I decided, 'I want more.' I possibly could look after myself."
She lost 20 pounds in her own first month.

| Bilzerian BGO Advert Fails to Excite; |

When BGO Entertainment announced intends to cast Instagram sensation Dan Bilzerian opposite Verne Troyer Zi Xiu Tang in their latest 'Beat the Boss' advertising campaign, I was pretty excited.
Visions of goats, scantily-clad women, and a peanut butter coated Troyer being fired from the Dan Bilzerian cannon flooded my thoughts. I suppose my ideas are a little too avant-garde for that BGO production team.
The very first ad, from the ??¡ìo15m campaign, has been released, and I found it as tepid as bathwater running with an Economy 7 boiler. It may be best referred to as one minute of nothingness. It had not been humorous, it wasn't glamorous, and it contained nothing of the items made Bilzerian famous in the first place. (Watch the ad below)
"I am glad BGO had the balls to execute a commercial beside me," tweeted Bilzerian.
The ad was so tame, Johnson's Baby Powder might have hired him for any commercial.
The one-minute ad shows Bilzerian, a gorilla called George, and a bit of brunette eye candy, ringing the bell to be allowed into Verne Troyer's casino.
"I am here to see the Boss," says Bilzerian.
"Bilzerian--I will deal this one," says Troyer.
The poker player that never plays poker is then led in to the casino to play--blackjack! It's akin to inviting Cristiano Ronaldo to complete an advertisement after which film him doing synchronised swimming.
