He stopped eating pizza, Ramen noodles and Dr. Pepper and started exercising. Then, a
year ago, after he dropped numerous jean sizes, he tried Internet dating again. Romero updated his old profiles and pictures and started fruta planta pink sending out messages.
"It was amazing at the time," he said. "The ladies who I was like, 'I'll never hear away from this girl. And then I'd hear back from them, and I was like,
'Holy crap! This really is so different.' It felt like a whole other world had exposed."
Now, Romero spends many nights on dates with his new girlfriend, Kate Rowe. They met on OkCupid.com after he sent her a message. "I saw, 'Carlos a new
message,'" Rowe recalled. "And he's into climbing and I read his profile and I was like, 'Why not? I have nothing to lose.'" It didn't hurt that he looked
"smoldering and broody" in the picture, she says.

Their third date happened to be Romero's 30th birthday celebration, and that he decided to tell Rowe about his massive weight loss, that they thought might
be "a potential deal breaker." "I don't want to such as this girl any more than I already do with out her know," he remembers thinking. "I said, 'I need to
tell you it. Please don't judge me.'"
Romero knew the fruta planta strong version danger he was taking. He thought, "What if she doesn't want to become anywhere near me?" Rather than being repulsed, though, Rowe said she
was inspired by his hard work and dedication to a healthy body.
If she had seen Romero's old profile, back when he was bigger, she probably would not have responded, she says.
